The D.A. Davidson Analyst Program
As an Analyst at D.A. Davidson, you’ll work with like-minded and talented professionals. Our Analysts are an integral part of each of our deal teams providing support on a variety of engagements, including M&A advisory, equity and debt financing and other strategic advisory assignments. D.A. Davidson’s lean deal teams offer you the chance to learn from senior bankers and interactions with client management teams. The Analyst program begins with comprehensive, in-person training at one of our offices, followed by ongoing sessions conducted by experienced bankers. Throughout the duration of the program, Analysts assume responsibilities ranging from creation of business development materials, completion of valuation analyses and financial models, development of transaction marketing materials, attendance at client meetings and contribution to other critical elements of the deal process. We’re seeking highly motivated individuals with a strong desire to excel in a challenging and entrepreneurial environment.
The D.A. Davidson Associate Program
With our streamlined deal teams and commitment to providing personalized attention, Associates at D.A. Davidson have the unique opportunity to work closely with our clients in an immersive, fast-paced environment. Associates are critical to the live deal process, responsible for managing the work flow of the internal deal team and advancing the transaction every step of the way. As an Associate, you’ll also be responsible for the oversight and creation of business development materials, and have an active hand in pitching new business. Through constant interaction with senior bankers, our Associates gain the vital experience and skills necessary to advance to the senior banker level.
The D.A. Davidson Internship Program
Throughout this immersive 10-week program, interns will be introduced to our investment banking business and the firm. Our banking internship gives you a unique opportunity to interact side-by-side with senior investment bankers and gain valuable experience through a hands-on, real-life approach. You will participate in various strategic assignments assisting deal teams with mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements and other advisory services. A portion of our permanent analyst positions will be filled from our summer internship program. We are seeking driven individuals who welcome challenge and are ready to progress in their careers.
