D.A. Davidson & Co., the largest full-service investment firm headquartered in the Northwest, has served as the sole placement agent on a $27.5 million private placement of common stock for Minnesota-based Bridgewater Bancshares.
The placement marks the second institutional equity offering for Bridgewater Bancshares, following the firm's completion of a $15 million investment in 2015 with Castle Creek Capital LLC.
