D.A. Davidson & Co. has served as exclusive financial advisor to Flathead Bank of Bigfork, Mont., in its sale to First Interstate Bank. The acquisition was completed on Friday, Aug. 12.
The transaction was announced in a press release from First Interstate BancSystem, Inc. (NASDAQ: FIBK), the parent company of First Interstate Bank.
