D.A. Davidson & Co. has served as exclusive financial advisor to Treasure State Bank of Missoula, Mont. in in its sale to Glacier Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:GBCI).
The acquisition was completed on Aug. 31.
Treasure State Bank will become part of “First Security Bank, a division of Glacier Bank.”
