D.A. Davidson & Co. has served as co-manager for the initial public offering of Acushnet Holdings Corp. (NYSE: GOLF).
Acushnet announced the closing on Nov. 2 of the initial public offering of shares of its common stock. All 22,233,332 shares sold in the offering were sold by existing Acushnet stockholders at an IPO offering price of $17.00 per share.
D.A. Davidson served as co-manager along with several other firms.
