City Office REIT, Inc. (NYSE: CIO) has announced the upsizing and pricing of its underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $12.40 per share for total gross proceeds of $62.0 million.
The offering is expected to close on Jan. 13, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions. Additionally, City Office REIT has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of common stock.
