D.A. Davidson Companies has long supported United Way of Cascade County’s local “Graduation Matters” program, designed to boost high school graduation rates across Montana. So when D.A. Davidson managers learned of a young man who was likely to drop out of school, they found a way to offer him an incentive to drop in instead—returning to the school that he almost left.
