Jim Cronk of Los Angeles and Susan Zins of Missoula, Mont., have been named the recipients of the Ian B. Davidson Cultural Excellence Award, one of the top awards given to employees of D.A. Davidson Companies.
The Ian B. Davidson Cultural Excellence Award recognizes D.A. Davidson Companies employees who are committed to maintaining and exemplifying the firm’s core values. The award is named for Ian B. Davidson, Chairman Emeritus of D.A. Davidson Companies, who cultivated the company’s core values as a company leader for many years.
Jim Cronk, Senior Vice President, Operations & Technology Project Management, has been described as someone with a friendly, “can do” approach to his work who is willing to share his knowledge with others as a leader, mentor and teammate. His tireless efforts were instrumental in two recent, successful platform conversions projects that were important for D.A. Davidson’s work on behalf of clients. Additionally, Cronk’s thoughtful nature and ability to consider ideas with a broad, long-term focus have helped lead the firm to resolve challenges.
Susan Zins, Senior Registered Associate, has been credited with bringing a unique dedication, strong commitment and focus to her job. She takes pride in providing exceptional, “above and beyond” service to her team’s clients. An employee of D.A. Davidson for 35 years, Zins has been able to successfully balance the roles of dedicated employee, involved mother and active member of the Missoula community during that time.
The award was presented to Cronk and Zins recently during the company’s annual shareholders’ meeting in Montana.
