D.A. Davidson Companies today announced that it has named Jackie Beauprez Senior Vice President, General Counsel. In her new role, Beauprez will be responsible for all of D.A. Davidson’s legal and regulatory compliance functions, including management of the firm’s Compliance Department. Based in D.A. Davidson’s office in downtown Denver, she will report to company President Larry Martinez.
Jackie’s extensive experience, understanding of our industry and excellent legal insight make her a great resource for D.A. Davidson as the company continues to grow.

Beauprez rejoins D.A. Davidson after working with Raymond James, where she most recently served as Chief Regulatory Officer. She previously held a position as D.A. Davidson’s Associate Legal Counsel and the firm’s Fixed Income Capital Markets group Compliance Officer. In that role, she was responsible for all fixed income regulatory oversight and was involved in a number of the firm’s key corporate initiatives. Beauprez is a graduate of Marquette University Law School in Wisconsin and holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Colorado.
