The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe in South Dakota is celebrating the completion of a new tribal health center, with funding for the project developed through the guidance of John Banks, Managing Director and Public Finance Banker for D.A. Davidson. The center’s grand opening ceremony was the focus of a Moody County (S.D.) Enterprise article, “Tribal health center holds grand opening,” written by Dana Hess.
