Northwest Bancorporation, Inc. (OTC Pink: NBCT) has agreed to be acquired by Billings, Montana-based First Interstate BancSystem, Inc. (NASDAQ: FIBK), in a transaction valued at approximately $160.9 million. D.A. Davidson & Co. acted as exclusive financial advisor to Northwest Bancorporation, Inc. in this transaction and issued a fairness opinion.
