nLIGHT, Inc. (NASDAQ: LASR) has completed its initial public offering of common stock for $110.4 million, with D.A. Davidson & Co. serving as co-manager.
nLIGHT priced its offering at $16.00 per share and raised $110.4 million through the sale of 6.9 million shares of public stock. The full over-allotment was exercised.
The Portland, Oregon-based company generated revenues of $138.6 million and $101.3 million in 2017 and 2016, respectively, representing 36.8% revenue growth, and reached net income profitability in 2017. nLIGHT intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for working capital, capital expenditures, other general corporate purposes and potential acquisitions.
