Construction Partners, Inc. (NASDAQ: ROAD) has completed its initial public offering of common stock for $135 million, with D.A. Davidson & Co. serving as co-manager.
Construction Partners priced its offering at $12 per share, raising $135 million through the sale of 11,250,000 shares.
The transaction represents the 56th successful closing for D.A. Davidson’s Diversified Industrials investment banking group since 2013.
