Hanmi Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: HAFC) has agreed to acquire Houston, Texas-based SWNB Bancorp, Inc., in a transaction valued at approximately $76.7 million. D.A. Davidson & Co. acted as exclusive financial advisor to Hanmi Financial Corporation in this transaction.
