D.A. Davidson & Co. announced today that municipal investment banking veterans Joe Bosch and Dan Froehlich have joined the firm’s public finance team as senior vice presidents.
With more than 30 years of experience, Bosch provides investment banking services to states, municipalities, public benefit corporations and nonprofit corporations. His focus is on the capital finance requirements of public and independent sector clients in the Northeast, concentrating on services to higher education and secondary school organizations.
Froehlich has more than 13 years of experience with both tax-exempt and taxable debt financings and focuses on colleges and universities, independent schools and other nonprofit entities. Both Bosch and Froehlich have an established practice representing nonprofit organizations for their financing needs, including private colleges, independent schools, student housing projects and cultural organizations.

Bosch and Froehlich previously were with Janney Montgomery Scott. Notable transactions include the recent Town of Amherst Development Corporation Revenue Bonds (Daemen College Project), New York Public Radio and The Allen Stevenson School. Bosch holds a master’s degree in public administration from New York University and a bachelor’s degree from Duke University. Froehlich holds an MBA from New York University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
