ENSERVCO Corporation (NYSE American: ENSV) announced it has acquired Adler Hot Oil Service, LLC, a leading frac water heating and hot oil service provider throughout the Denver-Julesburg, Bakken and Utica-Marcellus oil and gas basins. Adler Hot Oil Service is majority owned by Spell Capital Mezzanine Partners. ENSERVCO is a national provider of well enhancement, fluid logistics, and management services to exploration and production companies operating in the U.S. onshore oil and gas industry.
