Construction companies hurting from shutdown, not benefiting from wall prospects

Investors are no longer betting that engineering and construction companies will benefit from construction of a proposed southern U.S. border wall. However, the ongoing federal government shutdown seems to be a growing threat to the construction sector, says Brent Thielman, Institutional Research Analyst for D.A. Davidson.
