Great Falls, Montana-based Prairie Mountain Bank has agreed to be acquired by Dickinson, North Dakota-based American Bancor, Ltd. This is the 120th publicly announced merger for the D.A. Davidson & Co. Financial Institutions Group since 2011.
D.A. Davidson acted as exclusive financial advisor to Prairie Mountain Bank in this transaction.
