With enterprise software company Cloudera apparently accepting buyout offers, Rishi Jaluria, a D.A. Davidson Institutional Analyst, is betting that IBM may be the most likely purchaser. Jaluria wrote in a recent research report that the two companies’ platforms are complementary. Jaluria’s comments are cited in “IBM Is the Most Likely Strategic Buyer of Cloudera: Analyst,” an article by Annie Gaus for TheStreet.
