Tammy Beaver of Great Falls, Mont., and Kevin Director of Portland, Ore., have been named recipients of the Ian B. Davidson Cultural Excellence Award, one of the most prestigious awards given to employees of D.A. Davidson Companies.
The cultural excellence award recognizes D.A. Davidson employees who are committed to exemplifying the firm’s core values, which include service excellence, business ethics and integrity, and community involvement. The honor is named for Ian Davidson, Chairman Emeritus of D.A. Davidson Companies, who developed and nurtured the firm’s core values as a company leader for a number of years.
Beaver is Senior Vice President, Chief Supervisory Officer for Wealth Management. A longtime D.A. Davidson employee, Beaver was recognized by her nominators for her professionalism, high standards of excellence and her ability to balance many competing priorities at a time. She is credited with effectively providing business messages with humor and grace and consistently demonstrating that she cares for her fellow team members.
Director serves as Managing Director, Institutional Sales. Director is a respected and highly successful member of D.A. Davidson Equity Capital Markets team known for his exceptional work ethic, drive and determination. As a leader, he easily navigates change and disruption. His nominators also cited his thoughtful, kind and welcoming approach that allows him to establish strong personal relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Both Beaver and Director received the peer-driven awards during the company’s recent virtual shareholders meeting.
