D.A. Davidson & Co. announced today the appointment of Craig Hrinkevich as Managing Director, Public Finance. Based in New York City, Hrinkevich will expand the firm’s capabilities advising municipal, not-for-profit, transportation, utility and energy sector clients.
With over 25 years in public finance, Hrinkevich offers specialized expertise on tax-exempt and taxable bond offerings. He will leverage this experience to provide strategic financing advice to state and local governments as well as not-for-profits, transportation entities and public utilities.

In addition, Hrinkevich will counsel renewable energy developers and sponsors on optimizing capital structure and maximizing Inflation Reduction Act incentives.
Prior to joining the firm, Hrinkevich was a Managing Director at Baird and Wells Fargo Securities. He holds a master’s degree in governmental administration from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Rutgers University.
