Firm Expands Technology Practice With Veteran Banker

D.A. Davidson & Co. has hired Joe Morgan, an experienced investment banker, to join the firm’s technology banking team as managing director in Costa Mesa, California.

“He has a strong track record as leader on more than 50 software advisory and financing assignments, and we look forward to working with Joe as a vital player on our broader technology team,” said McKinney.

Morgan has extensive investment banking experience within the technology industry. He most recently served as a managing director at Wedbush Securities. He also has held investment banking positions with Signal Hill Capital Group (previously Montgomery & Co.) and JP Morgan Securities. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
