Latest Honors Continue Brokerage Firm’s Tradition of Award-Winning Excellence

Thomson Reuters has named three D.A. Davidson & Co. senior equity research analysts among the nation’s No. 1 stock pickers for their respective sectors.

D.A. Davidson’s winning analysts are:

• Steven Chercover, ranked No. 1 for stock picking in the containers and packaging sector;
• Arren Cyganovich, ranked No. 1 for stock picking in the consumer finance sector; and
• James Lykins, ranked No. 1 for stock picking in equity real estate investment trusts (REITs).

Thomson Reuters announced the rankings today. Formerly known as the StarMine Awards, the Thomson Reuters Analyst Awards are based on StarMine’s methodology and data. StarMine objectively measures the analyst performance based on the returns of their buy/sell recommendations and the accuracy of their earnings estimates from the 2016 calendar year.

Chercover, Cyganovich and Lykins are members of a team of experienced equity analysts at D.A. Davidson who offer institutional research coverage to investors and institutional clients for approximately 300 publicly traded companies in several core sectors. The Thomson Reuters awards represent the latest in a long tradition of top U.S. rankings for the firm’s analysts.
