Steve Perry joined D.A. Davidson & Co.’s Dallas office in 2019 upon D.A. Davidson’s acquisition of Wells Nelson & Associates. He has over 20 years of experience as a financial advisor and investment banker to Texas cities, charter schools, community college districts, school districts, private schools and universities, and counties. He has broad experience issuing variable rate, fixed rate, synthetic fixed rate, tax-exempt and taxable debt. Steve works with his clients to create long-term debt and investment plans, and develops and implements credit rating strategies.
Steve holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MPA from the University of North Texas. He maintains Series 7, 50, 63 and 65 securities licenses.
