Brennen Brown leads the firm’s public finance banking efforts in Utah as a managing director of D.A. Davidson & Co.’s Special District Group. Previously, he spent more than 10 years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM), where he was a vice president for a fixed income team that managed more than $120 billion of AUM in tax-free investments. Brennen’s extensive experience analyzing, structuring and investing in special district debt across the country has led to investments of more than $2 billion. His unique insights into how investors think, paired with his relationships on the buy side, add additional value to D.A. Davidson’s clients. Prior to GSAM, he was a financial institutions analyst for Goldman Sachs & Co.
Brennen graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in business management and is a proud Board Member of EDCUtah and the Salt Lake Chamber.
