Danny Friedman is a Managing Director in the Consumer Investment Banking Group, focusing on advising clients in the food and beverage categories. He has represented a wide range of companies in various sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, public and private offerings of equity and debt as well as other advisory assignments.

Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, Danny was a Director at Wunderlich Securities, where he helped establish the consumer investment banking group. Previously, he was a Senior Vice President at Roth Capital Partners within its consumer and investment banking team after beginning his career at Goldman Sachs & Co. as a member of its technology, media and telecom team in Los Angeles and Sydney, Australia.

Danny holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in corporate finance and investment markets from the University of Southern California.
